LG V60 upgrade to Android 13 fails

OTA update to Android 13 fails every time.

  1. Accept update
  2. Download update and optimize phone
  3. When optimization completes, Tap ‘Restart Now’
  4. Phone reboots 4-5 times but never gets passed initial V60 boot screen
  5. Finally completes reboot to home page and a message that says ‘Couldn’t install system update’ - Tap to learn more
  6. Explanation simply says ‘Installation problem’

Does anyone have any idea how to get the upgrade to complete?

plenty of memory space? i had zero issues with downloading 13 way back when it first released. it was probably the least bug filled update to be kicked out for 13 across the board.
