I got my new phone a month ago. My number transferred over just fine for everyone but my mom. I had been messaging her and the number that showed up was the number the phone had before I ported my number in. Also if she messages that number back. I don’t get it (because it is not my number). She has to message my ported number. I have called and t mobile reset my sim, but it did nothing. What is happening. I am so frustrated with this.
