OnePlus 10 Pro 5G updates

I just received a OnePlus 10 Pro 5G from T Mobile and the last update is from January 2022. Yet when I check, there are no current updates. The build number is NE2217_11_A.07. The latest build provided by OnePlus is A.15. OnePlus support said I need to contact T Mobile support about updates.

Is this the type of update rollout I can expect from T Mobile for the 10 Pro? My 8T was up to date through August 2022.

Hey there,

 

You’re just about the only other person on earth that appears to have this phone, so I’m having an incredibly hard time finding any information- I also am stuck on the January, 2022 update- on top of that, anything needing more modern API will not work - that is, benchmark tools like 3DMark and Geekbench, as well as the NFC / contactless payment method of GPAY.


Have you run into similar issues?  I specifically got this phone due to it having access to the modern android security API (my old one didn’t), but even our Galaxy S9 has security updates through August of 2022..
