Hello I have a OnePlus 6 that automatically updated to Android 11, opening the Ikea app advises against using the app on a “rooted device”:
I did not root my device, I have rooted devices in the past and I did not root it. Confirming with 2 different apps, Rootchecker Basic, says my device is not rooted:
But RootBeerFresh says my device IS rooted:
What I’ve tried:
I went to a t-mobile store to get it replaced, this is the newly replaced device. Until the update to Android 11 I did not see notification from the Ikea app.
I spoke with OnePlus support, we did factory resets, clearing cache, and reinstalling the Ikea app my device remains rooted.
Please assist, this device typically has my personal information on it.
