Why is my protection 360 not valid for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra? I got a new phone and after a week got message device not eligible for protection 360 apple care services. Can someone please advice next step?
could it be due to it being a Samsung device and not an Apple device?
this plan was valid on Samsung Galaxy fold 4. So don’t think is an issue of apple vs Samsung. I just bought an unlocked version in Asia, as am traveling so maybe device being out of country might be the reason not sure.
I am also confused.
IIRC correctly I believe they will only cover phones bought in the US.
So if i buy an s23 ultra from T-Mobile here in America, will it be covered by protection 360?
