My Galaxy S24+ has the voicemail number from my old carrier still provisioned. For whatever reason, when my number was ported to Tmobile, the carrier provided voicemail number was not updated.
I can see the voicemail number in phone dialer > settings > voicemail. But, it cannot be changed manually.
Is there a way to have the voicemail re-provisioned to update the number?
The problem is I cannot hold 1 on the dialer, or click on a voicemail notification, to access my voicemail. It beeps and says invalid number.
The only way i can access voicemail is by dialing 123.
