So i came from Verizon but now my phone isn’t receiving software updates since coming to T-mobile.
I’m not sure why, but if anyone can help me out i appreciate it. I have a Galaxy S21 btw. Last update was in June. When i bought my phone, it was from Samsung's website but i did Verizon's financing because i was still with verizon. My phone also can’t be locked to verizon because when i inserted my new esim i didn’t get any errors.
