texts

Im not receiving texts from anyone outside of tmobile.  I was a Verizon customer now having many issues with tmobile.  I was instructed to delete the entire conversation from my daughter who I wasn't getting texts from.  Ten years worth of conversation.  No thanks.  Then was instructed to use a different app for messaging.  Like Google chat. Still no replies.  My kid is deaf and this is how we communicate....no clue what to do except go back to Verizon and pay double
