Hello, I had sprint for a few years before the T-Mobile merger happened. I got the new sim card in November or December, and since have not been able to make or receive calls or text messages. I pay for unlimited everything on a relatively new phone, a Samsung Galaxy A32 5g. I went back several times to where I got the phone and they cant help me because ‘they dont have the new equipment for the merger’, which is a bit of an oversight to make people use these new sim cards that basically disables their phone and then not have a way to fix it. Ive followed everything ive been able to find online about what might fix it, or what settings to possibly change and nothing has worked. Im honestly about to just switch to cricket since I cant use sprint anymore.
