My spouse recently passed and I am trying to retrieve voice mails. The messages were not saved and I did not listen to them because I wasn’t ready. I contacted T-Mobile and I was shown how to listen to messages on computer but the messages were not there. Does anyone know how to retrieve messages that were not listened to and not saved. T-Mobile deleted them. They are from February and earlier . Thank you

Sorry for your loss but unfortunately voicemails are only kept 30 days unless they were saved.
Thank you, I wish I had known that… How long are text messages kept? Do you know how I can save them.? Thanks

30 days unless saved. Once saved they still can be deleted if they aren't listened to in a certain amount of times.
Text messages are for only 30 days? these messages I have are older than that.. Thank you for your responses.

Voicemail is 30 days. Text will stay on the phone till deleted.
