According to TMobile’s site my phone, Note 20 Ultra, is available for the 13 update, but there is no update.
If the update was released recently, then you might not have made it into the first or second wave of the staggered release. If it has been more than 8 weeks since the update launched for T-Mobile and the update wasn't pulled for a critical bug. Then try clearing the cache of the update app to see if that gets the update to be recognized and downloaded. Worst case, a factory reset might be needed. Especially if you have downloaded an update for another carrier to that device recently.
