Hello, I have had TM internet for over a year without issue up until about a month ago. In the last month the wifi started to drop. Internet on the TM modem showed fine, but the wifi would drop several times a day with the only way to resolve is to reboot the modem. I’ve contacted TM around 10 times, with two replacement modems sent (thinking it was a hardware problem). Same thing. TM engineering checked it, claims their system is working fine, that it is something interfering with my signal. I have moved the modem around the house, no change. I researched myself, found that a TPLink router may help. I hardwired with an ethernet this router to the TM modem and did the simple setup with the router. No change. I then disconnected the wifi signal on the TM modem, changed all systems so the wifi signal comes directly from the TPLink router, and not the TM modem. No change. Any thoughts. I really did like TM when it worked, but this is no longer acceptable. Thanks!
