Badge

I have been unable to view my phone bill for weeks. I tried using the app and the website but my bill doesn’t load or download. I even went to a T-Mobile store and they couldn’t access my bill either. I’ve been on the phone with customer service at least 7 times and they haven’t been able to assist. They promised to email me but I never get an emailed copy. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
