I recently tried to get a new line and aquire an Iphone SE through T-Mobiles “on us” online only promotion. Everytime I try to complete the transaction I get an error message with my payment. No one at Tmobile can help me with this error, there seems to be some sort of security lock on my account. Has anyone ever had this happen? How the heck do I get this resolved? I have spent countless hours on the phone and in the store trying to get someone at tmobile to complete this transaction to no avail!!
