I have added the gmail app and also tried adding gmail to my mail by using the email settings on the phone. Once I enter my email address… it clocks and will not allow me to enter my password. This has been happening since I got the phone in November, 2021. I need easy access to gmail on this phone. Why will it not load? I have taken it to T-Mobile in town, they can’t figure it out. Neither can a tech store.
is the problem with the physical app the one you can add numerous email accounts to or both? and have you contacted the gmail developer to see why it might be happening?
which phone do you have?
usually if its an Android phone it would have auto came with Gmail loaded onto it..
