I am a fairly new T-Mobile customer, and I let my BYOD iPad take a dip in the tub. 😑
It was 100% paid in full before becoming a customer.
Can I just cancel the line, or would I be penalized?
I don’t really need to have a tablet line anymore, so it would save me a few extra bucks on my bill.
I do plan on keeping all of my phone lines active.
I just wanna ditch the water logged iPad without customer service trying to sell me a new one. 🤔
I will call customer service eventually, just wanted some intel from the general public.
