I woke up this morning to eleven different transactions of $10 each from T-Mobile pre-paid. We don’t even use T-Mobile pre-paid. We’ve been customers for almost 20 years, and have never seen anything like this. We are not even on automatic payments, so the fact that T-Mobile was ale to reach into our bank account and charge us these mysterious and erroneous transactions is dishonest and scary. We will be switching providers after this experience as we are now out $110 with no explanation or resolution in sight. Absolutely unacceptable to take someone’s money out of their account with no explanation or reasonable resolution in sight.
