Has anyone had any issues with Hulu app streaming or app just disappearing from phone and can't not install

I have had Hulu app with live tv for almost 2 years now and all of a sudden the app disappeared. Went to reinstall it and says to share location but when but it doesn’t ask me to allow it. when I look under privacy:location services it isn’t there after I have reinstalled it. I’ve talked to Hulu and apple and they can’t figure it out.
