I have a person who somehow is able to view my pics and are sending them to others in my contact list without my consent. Also can read my texts as well as have retrieved all my personal passwords for all different accounts like facebook and such. I never gave this info out, it’s like they have my phone in their hands but I have my phone, what do I do?

Are you the account holder of the plan your on? If so they probably have digits on their phone.

If you are an Apple user. There has been a scam going around where it's possible to bypass the Capatcha and not password reset a device with notifications. If you accept one of them and some people have been getting hundreds, you give the scammer access to your Apple ID and everything saved in it.
