I was locked-out of my Iphone 12 Pro Max 512 Blue because I forgot the passcode and tried 10 times. Apple needs my receipt from Tmobil to prove its my phone. T-mobil sent me the EIP(installment payment doc but it does not have the IMEI on it- just the SKU. Iv’e spent 15 hours, 3 store visits, many phone calls and tmobil cant produce a doc with the IMEI number on it.

Any suggestions?

contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter. there should be records of it on your account. unless it was purchased from someone other than TMO this info should be under your account

the FB/Twitter route starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
