I added a watch line (apple watch) a couple of days. All good for just one day, now I can't receive any incoming calls.

FaceTime over wifi and cellular works

Messages works

Can make calls

No pending payments 

But can't receive any calls.

Below Is the response I hear when calling the number:

As per the subscriber request, this phone doesn't accept incoming calls. Message BG402-NV58

I did a complete reset of the phone as well.

This also happened to me a few days ago and it’s driving me mad 😆 how do we fix it


I’d suggest to reach out to tech support. it’ll take several rounds of call forwards, so please have enough patience and time. In my case, tech support mentioned that they’re doing a re-provisioning and got this resolved in next 5 mins. 

Unfortunately tech support was not able to figure out what went wrong. Account history dont show any relevant changes too.

ohk. can you check if any add-ons enabled? if yes, try disabling all of them and restart the device.

fyi, i disabled all add-ons, did a complete reset of the watch

tech support will ask you reset your mobile network settings and then they need to reset their networking setting too because there is misalignment the designated network towers
