international 30day pass not working

Purchased the International 30

day pass before leaving the US for Europe.  It’s supposed to be working already, yet I have no internet at all, not even the slow 2G included in my plan.  What am I doing wrong? Do I need to change the settings on my phone?  IPhone 12? Help

Check to make sure you have roaming enabled on your phone.  There should be an option to enable it under Network in the Settings.

I doubt that the failure is related to the data pass. Something else is wrong. Are you connected to a local network? Can you send and receive texts? Make calls? Have you dialed #RON#? You can call international roaming support at +1-505-998-3793. It’s a free call from your T-Mobile phone.
