Mobile App Will Not Stay Logged In

I changed my email address on my T-Mobile account and now the mobile app will not stay logged in. When I enter my password, it says “Sorry, something you entered does not match our records. Please try again.” I have to tap “Not Me?” each time and enter my new email address and password. How can I fix this? I’m using an iPhone 13. I have already tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.
