View originalBlocked as in blacklisted or SIM locked to Sprint? If it is SIM locked. You should return the device for a refund. Sprint no longer exists and you and the device don't meet T-Mobile's SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

I don't know, the iPhone was COMPLETELY new
You don't know if after contracting the T-mobile E-SIM, it would help in any way?
Thanks for your quick answer, Gracias^^
The XR is a 5 year old phone so my guess is the phone was reported lost or stolen and those phones end up on the Grey market in other countries.

Even if the device wasn't lost or stolen, as a lot of these seem to... fall off of a truck by the truckload. It would need to be actively used on the T-Mobile USA network for a year (not roaming) to be eligible for a SIM unlock.
