View originalHow long have you had the phone? Make sure you are not past the buyer remorse period. If within this time frame try contacting T-Mo through their online sites such as Twitter or Facebook. Faster response then trying to call. And a higher tier level.
i believe the return period is 14 days..not overly sure if this has changed over the lats few years though..
If you bought the phone online it's 20 days.
