I’m very not happy with my purchase I need my money back but I tried to call costumer service for the last 3 day and I jus keep waiting and not answering from the operator

How long have you had the phone? Make sure you are not past the buyer remorse period. If within this time frame try contacting T-Mo through their online sites such as Twitter or Facebook. Faster response then trying to call. And a higher tier level.

i believe the return period is 14 days..not overly sure if this has changed over the lats few years though..
