Both phones on my account are no longer receiving texts from some of our contacts. The only commonality is that these contacts are not Iphone users. I have an Iphone 14 and the other phone is an Iphone 15. We recently changed from having a t-mobile business account to a personal account. We have tried every reset, update, and triple checked all settings, as have our contacts. Please advise.
