There are 2 phones on my plan that end in the same phone number. We’ll call them A and B. I bought a new phone A and needed a new SIM card. When I activated it and started using new phone A. I lost all service on phone B and now phone B’s number is assigned to new phone A and the old phone A and SIM card no longer work at all.
