My social security check does not go into my account until around 28th-30th of month because of birthdate. Can I please have payment due date changed to the 30th of each month?
unfortunately you will need to contact TMO either via calling in (tier 1 support) or through a DM to one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support). the site here is primarily peer to peer only.

I spoke to customer service last month and set up for payments to follow pay dates of the 15th and 30th each month until I can pay off balance. My pay dates were changed at my job and has caused issues with getting caught up pending my paycheck availability now. However I see it went back to the 11th and 21st, the 11th definitely will not be available for payment till the 15th. Please advise and why the dates didn't stay as agreed upon setting up last month?
