Hello All!
I seem to be having an issue with one of the lines on my account. At times, when my wife is trying to make a phone call, it does not connect/does not go through. She then will use the FaceTime app to make the call which does work. After connecting on FaceTime, I would call her back normal and it would work just fine. Does anyone know why at times the calls do not connect?
might see if swapping the sim card helps. what all have you guys attempted so far on your end to try and fix it? restarts?
Thank you for the suggestion! We have tried restarting, resetting network settings, 5G LtE etc. only happens on my wife’s phone when she’s making calls at times
yeah sim card or the phone itself. she running anything like battery saver mode or anything? wonder if its cutting signal or taking the phone to deep into power saver mode?
I don’t believe so but great idea! I’ll double check that
