Prepaid eSIM app - Error 505

I’m from Brazil and I tried twice to purchase a Prepaid eSIM plan.

I received an error 505 when I finalize the order and my debit card had successful debit with status Pending.

I believe this order will be cancelled in my debit card but I’d like to know what is this error.

All of my billing information are correct and I’d like to arrive in the USA with this eSIM activated.

I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max

 

I will appreciate any help.

This is basically a user-to-user forum with some Tmobile moderation so you will need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of their social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.
