I’ve switched carriers to T-Mobile since April 2023 and as of now I have not received my rebate card that was “authorized”. Every time I contact them everything is “perfect” on their side and I’ll be receiving a link for my rebate since the “previous one” that was never sent expired.

What a business here!!!!
