I keep getting shocked when trying to use my iPhone. My hair is not wet, and it is not connected to the charger. What do I do?
Do you live in an area with low humidity? All I can think of is that there are anti-static sprays you can apply to reduce static discharge.
There is an Apple silicone case on it. It is not plugged in. It feels fuzzy against my ear, like if you touch a live wire. And when holding it while talking it pushes random buttons.
does it have a case on it or anything? all i can think of is a static charge building up. unless its plugged in i wouldnt think there would be enough power coming out of it to shock anything.
