Noticed random eSim cellular connectivity issues such as iMessage de-registering phone number and unable to use internet while on a call after upgrading to 15.4.1. Reproduced issue on both iPhone XS Max and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Reported to Apple but they have yet to identify it as a bug.
