I have been a dedicated T-Mobile customer for the past 8 years. I had family plan approximately six months ago, I requested phone number change. During this process, I took the proactive step of verifying with two different T-Mobile representatives, on separate occasions, whether this change would have any impact on my billing. Both representatives assured me that my bill would remain unaffected.

Regrettably, since that change, my bill has consistently reflected inaccuracies, contrary to the information provided by T Mobile representatives. Despite my numerous calls to customer service over the past six months, spending more than an hour each time explaining the situation and seeking resolution, the issue remains unresolved. I have yet to receive a corrected bill or any satisfactory explanation for the ongoing problem.
