Hello friends,

 

I’m looking to upgrade my phone. My store rep says I cannot upgrade due to my phone having a prepaid plan. Whats the deal? I pay my line every month. Do they not trust me?

Have you tried signing into your MyTmobile account and upgrade there or through the app?

Rep maybe trying to get you to change plans.

I suspect they want me to sign for a plan. It’s just odd because I bought my phone outright. The issue seems that I have prepaid plan. I guess they want my “loyalty “ to the brand lol
