Voicemail messages taking sometimes a week to show up. This is totally unacceptable. I’ve had appointments missed or broken because of this. Is this something I can fix? This has been a problem since the switch from Sprint.

and you are already switched over to a TMO sim card correct? you can contact TMO either through calling them (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support) and see if they can do a reset on their side for it. they might even have to remove it then re add it to your line.

 

is this happening with the dial in VM or the TMO VM app? and if app was it already on your phone or did you have to download it?
