I purchased my iPhone 12 from T-Mobile just a few days ago. It was mailed to my home. With the help of 4 different T-Mobile agents, on Chat and by phone, it took 5 hours to set up this phone. It seems to be working fine with the exception of volume on incoming calls. The first ring is loud with subsequent ringing so soft that it is impossible to hear from one room in my home to the next. I have been troubleshooting through YouTube and Apple support and have changed every setting that should ensure full volume. I’ve concluded that I have a defective component in this iPhone. Is anyone else having a similar problem with sound on iPhone 12?
