what happened to my order?

on sunday, i placed an order for a sim card through the tmobile website, but i have gotten no updates on my order. on the order status page of the tmobile website, it says that the order status should be available 24-48 hours after it was placed. i placed this order over 72 hours ago. i am aware i should be more patient, but this is a pressing issue. when should it come in??

Hmm, I’m thinking you should’ve gotten some order update already. I’d check the T-Mobile app and your T-Mobile.com account if you haven’t recently. I’d also doublecheck your email and spam folder to see if there’s any updates on the order there. If not, you can always reach out to our Customer Care team by calling or even Twitter then they can track it through our systems.
