I am a first time user.  I like the convenience of AutoPay.  My issue is I am on a budget and need to have the withdrawal on a certain date.  How do I go about changing the automatic one that was put in when setting up my account? 
Thank you very much for any help/suggestions you have.

Autopay triggers 2 days before it will complete processing.  If you need to change your billing date, keep that in mind.  You will need to speak with Customer Care at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter to change your billing date.  Your next bill after that billing date change might be higher due to the extended billing period to accommodate the change.
