I’ve had billing issues since January which is the first time in 22yrs and cant seem to get resolved  and keep getting the same response from all which is they should have it all straightened up in two weeks….

Two pieces of equipment returned and received by T-Mobile but package accepted but equipment never scanned so lets bill the client 650.00 dollars on top of his bill...
