I was charged twice for a payment arrangement on the 15th which was my last payment to close out my arrangement as you can see below on the 4th after my 1st payment arrangement was taken out it was reduced to $626.26, following the 15th when the 1st payment got charged it reduced my bill to $397.76 making my account up to date for the month, 2nd payment got charged same day reducing my account to $169.26. I contacted customer service I got one payment refunded back making my account go back to $397.76 but now t-mobile is saying I have a past due balance of $165.26 when my bill of $397.76 was due April 22nd & no one can give me a clear answer as to how I owe a past due of $165 & I want to set up another payment arrangement & I have to oay $165 & my billing monthly is not $232.
