So T-Mobile accepted and complete my payment of a new phone on March 31st and it’s April 11th and it still hasn’t took the money out of my account. I have screenshots of it accepting the money but my bank account is the same number. I’m worried that it’s never going to take the money out. I called them and on their side it says the payment was completed. Anyone relate?
