5G service keeps dropping

I’ve been on T-Mobile service for several years and have had issues with my service at work just one other time. The last time they were doing maintenance to the towers close to my office, so the CS agent connected me to a different tower. Problem solved. This time, 5G works for a couple hours, then drops for a few hours, or until I restart my phone, then works a while, then drops again, etc. Are there issues with the towers in downtown Columbia, MO again?

you will need to contact TMO again and make sure they put in a network ticket so it gets looked into..the site here is primarily peer to peer with a  handful of moderators that keeps the site in order only..they are unable to put in a ticket for you..

 

 

you can continue to call in however using either Facebook or Twitter will land you with a higher tier support compared to the call in agents.
