Just got the new edition T-Mobile Home Internet. Cannot connect my VPN at all. Customer Support is to difficult to get ahold of...not to mention I have horrible signal and have to reboot the tower constantly. This is my 1st upgrade. I started with the very first unit when T-Mobile first came out with home internet. I did have even a fraction of the issues I do now. I will be going elsewhere for internet because I work remote and I need to be able to connect to my companies VPN to do my job properly.

I have notice a lot of ‘Tower’ issues lately with T-Mobile. They need to get their act together.
