Badge

When I tried to make calls it said “your T-Mobile account balance is too low to complete this call. You must refill your account to complete this call” even though I JUST paid my bill and my phone was working just fine both before and after paying it.

Payments can take an average of 2 days to process.  Sometimes, that can be longer.  No one here has access to your account so you might want to contact Customer Care at 611 or reach out to t hem via Facebook or Twitter to see if your most recent payment has been processed fully yet.
