Call Failed

For the past two days, every phone on my account has been unable to call a specific phone number.  Regardless of who dials the number, we are receiving a “call failed” message.  Contacted Sprint Customer Service and they have been unable to determine the issue.  I’ve verified that the number we’re trying to call is working properly.  Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the problem and how to correct it?  The number we’re trying to call belongs to my 98-year old mother.

My mother is having the same issue with her iphone SE. The other 3 of on the plan are not having this issue. We’ve tried everything to resolve it. Setting network did nothing.

are all of the numbers trying to contact her in her contacts physically on her phone? if not they might be getting viewed as spam and getting denied.
