It’s been such a struggle. For no apparent reason I can’t use certain apps such as Youtube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, certain websites on Google. Whatsapp takes a few minutes to load messages. This all happens when I’m on cellular. I’ve tried restarting I did that thing where you #263#. I literally factory reset my phone. Please somebody help me.

Someone mentioned in a different forum that using a VPN fixes it. So I downloaded one and now stuff is working. Kind of ridiculous how I have to to use a different app to fix a problem that shouldn’t be happening.

Having similar issue but my Samsung S10. YouTube, Twitter, Gmail doesn't load anything. Sometimes when I browse in Chrome, few links open and few doesn’t. WhatsApp and few other apps works fine without any issues though. I checked all the settings and everything seems to be OK. I reset all the apps to default. Still did not fix it. Any idea how to fix this. This has been happening for the last 8 months or so. Contacted support on twitter but got no help. See the link below to see what’s going on with the chrome, YouTube and Twitter.

Note: I bought it from Samsung and got unlocked by T-Mobile.

APN settings needing adjusted perhaps? is it still on TMO or on a different network?

Checked APN Settings too. Everything is same. I’m still on TMO. Just now, changed the Private DNS settings (Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Private DNS) from Automatic to dns.google now those apps started working fine. Not sure why automatic was not working though.

was it purchased from TMO or brought in from another source? if it was brought in then yes the APN would need to be messed around with.

if it was purchased from TMO then no it should not need to be messed with.
