Data doesn't work for Apps

Hi! If I am not connected to Wifi, I only receive notifications for Apps like Snapchat, Instagram, but I am unable to refresh or see any new posts using Cellular Data. Bought a new phone, and a new Sim card. I have deleted the Apps and reinstalled. I have made sure cellular data is turned on for these apps and still nothing. Any other solutions?

No advice - my kid’s experience the same on their data under our family plan. The account shows the same features/data allowance, but they clearly are not able to access all of their apps functions, even on the first day of the plan month. We are supposed to have 50GB each.

what type of device are both of you using or seeing this issue on?

Maybe log into the t-mobile web site and check Profile -> Family Controls -> Web Guard

If filtering is set to "High," it would explain why social media apps are not working, but other stuff is.
