Does anyone else have horrible luck with T-Mobile?

T-mobile tech support personnel are totally incompetent. I have called 15 times with the same issue. After hours on the phone, not one person has been able to correct the issue. For a solid year I have been pissed off.

Tbh, the tech people are 1 step away from basic "customer care", and are not super technical to begin with, but can assist in "basic" trouble shooting that has been scripted.to them.  I.e. is your phone in airplane mode, network settings reset.  Ask what RSRP means, and what values is expected in a certain area, and you'll get silence until they open an engineering ticket.  99% of responses end up in "the site is undergoing modernization" or "there's an outage on the tower servicing the area", which never get resolved.

 

Some simple issues can be resolved, such as a roaming setting
