does T mobile ever give its customers of 20 plus years always in good standings, give anything to say thanks for sticking with us like free streaming services instead of throttling down service to slower then dial up??

I have been with company for over 20 pushing 30 yrs and it is ridiculous that everything with this service provider is still ala cart at top dollar unless you add another line then you get a increase in bill and a side promotion that expires in a year then they can't do anything  for you but upgrade u to highest plan they have I don't need another line  the 5 I have is fine. SHEESH ...... How about some streaming on you instead of exclusive priority entrance to a venue on opposite side of the country .
